2. Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
- Time Frame: Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process exchanges.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom or special-order products.
- Products that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging.
- Items marked as non-exchangeable on the invoice or packing slip.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at sales@bavident.com or 09209802284 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Authorization: After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our exchange criteria.
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made for a different product as per our guidelines.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item and issue a replacement as appropriate.
